Supporting You in Your Counselling Journey

Supervision is a key part of working as a counsellor. It helps you grow, stay grounded, and keep your work ethical and safe. If you're a member of a professional body like the BACP, regular supervision is also a requirement.

I offer a warm, friendly, and supportive space for both student and qualified counsellors. Together, we can explore your work, strengthen your skills, and support your wellbeing.

Finding the right supervisor can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel at ease and build a relationship based on trust and respect.

My Approach & Training

 qualified as a clinical supervisor in 2024 through Counselling Tutor. My training includes working online and by telephone, and I use Hawkins and Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision.

My core training is in person-centred counselling, which still shapes my work today. I later completed a BA (Hons) in Counselling Solutions, gaining skills in:

• CBT
• Psychodynamic therapy
• Systemic work
• Solution-focused practice
• 
  

I also hold an MA in Children and Young People’s Mental Health.

Alongside this, I trained with Place2Be, gained Level 5 qualifications, and developed hands-on experience supporting children and young people in schools and private practice.



I also have a qualification in working with couples, though I currently do not offer clinical supervision in this area.
