Perhaps you are struggling and need someone to speak to consider your future?
I can provide you with a safe, non judgmental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings which can help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
I have extensive experience working with adults with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, survivors of abuse, pre and post-natal depression and bereavement.
I also have extensive experience working within the NHS so am able to offer genuine empathy and understanding to anyone who may be struggling with fears and anxieties.
At present my work in private practise involves working with children and young people, adults and couples, as well as providing groups for a wide range of difficulties. I also work for employee assistance programmes offering online and face to face appointments.
I invite you to come and meet with me face to face from one of my rooms in Leeds or Wakefield, or online via the Zoom platform, or over the telephone.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists), meaning I adhere to and meet their high standards of proficiency, professionalism and ethical practice.
My qualifications post training include an MA in children and young peoples mental health as well as a BA (Hons) in counselling solutions.
I have training and experience working with couples and am currently undertaking my supervision training.
I am committed to keeping up-to date with regular continued professional development.
I am fully DBS checked and hold full insurance for my practise.
Aside from my qualifications and experience I am a human being, I believe everyone has it within themselves to be who they want to be and I am passionate about walking beside you on your journey to reaching your full potential.
